The best way to explore the castle with a group is on a guided tour. You can choose the option that suits you best from a range of different tour themes.

Languages

The available guiding languages are listed in each tour description. Please also enquire about the possibility of tours in other languages.

Duration

60–75 minutes depending on the theme. See individual tour descriptions for more detailed information.

Group size

Maximum 35 persons per group (exception: The History of Turku Castle exhibition tour, max. 25 persons).

Price

The guiding fee varies depending on the tour. In addition to the guiding fee, the castle admission charge applies.

Please note: For tours outside opening hours, a caretaker’s opening and closing fee of €70 per hour will be charged. Group discounts do not apply to admission tickets in this case.

Booking and cancellation terms

Tours must be booked at least 10 working days prior to the desired visit.
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour.
