The exhibition invites visitors to pause, engage with art and reflect on what sustainable growth means for both people and the environment.<\/strong>\n<h2>Sculpture in Dialogue with a Historic Garden<\/h2>\nSet within the historic gardens of Kultaranta in Naantali, the artworks become part of a unique cultural landscape. Integrated into the living environment of the gardens, the sculptures create a dialogue between humanity and nature, offering visitors an opportunity to reflect on renewal, connection and responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The works in the exhibition explore themes of human growth, the vitality of nature and the relationship between people and the natural world. Created in ceramic and acid-resistant steel, the sculptures draw inspiration from childhood, personal development and nature\u2019s capacity for renewal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tarja Malinen\u2019s<\/strong> works address themes of youth loneliness, hope and children\u2019s rights. <strong>Umppa Niinivaara\u2019s <\/strong>organic ceramic sculptures evoke natural forms, the origins of life and biodiversity. <strong>Henna Nuutinen\u2019s<\/strong> works examine the condition of waterways, biodiversity and environmental responsibility. <strong>Kimmo Schroderus\u2019 <\/strong>futuristic steel sculptures explore growth through ideas, creativity and visions of the future. <strong>Kim Simonsson\u2019s<\/strong> mystical child figures and animal motifs reflect on innocence, curiosity and respect for nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exhibition is organised by WAM Museum of Contemporary Art in collaboration with the Alfred Kordelin Foundation and the Office of the President of the Republic of Finland. The exhibition is curated by <strong>Maria Huokkola<\/strong> of WAM Museum of Contemporary Art. This is the first sculpture exhibition produced for Kultaranta by WAM, and the first in a three-part series of annual exhibitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Summer Exhibition at Kultaranta Gardens<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exhibition is on display in the gardens of the President of the Republic\u2019s summer residence, Kultaranta, in Naantali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guided public tours of Kultaranta are available from 2 June to 30 August.
